Huawei announces its new Watch GT 2 Pro ECG and Band 6 Pro smartwatch models. The presentation was made in conjunction with the unveiling of the P50 series smartphones.
Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro ECG
According to the company, the new devices have incremental updates compared to previous versions of the products. The Watch GT 2 Pro ECG’s highlight goes to electrocardiogram readings, while the Band 6 Pro comes with body temperature measurements.
The new watch appears to be identical in size and features to the Watch GT 2 Pro. It features a 1.39-inch AMOLED screen, sapphire crystal-infused glass shield, and titanium bezel. You can get heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen monitoring, sleep, and stress measurements. The smartwatch comes with Huawei Lite OS and features over 100 training modes.
Huawei Band 6 Pro
The Huawei Band 6 Pro has a 1.47-inch AMOLED display and the same heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and stress tracking that the ECG promises. The difference is on account of the body temperature tracker, as well as 96 training modes. Battery life is estimated to be up to two weeks of moderate use.
Both devices are currently launched in the Chinese market, Right now, there is no information on the global availability. But we’ll let our readers know when they are available.
