Oppo presented the new Reno5 Z 5G just over a week ago for countries such as Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. Now, as was already foreseen, the model reaches the European market offering the same design and specifications as the original model, under a different name: Oppo A94 5G.
The phone has the same back cover in two color options with a glossy finish that changes color depending on the viewing angle, as well as a set of four rear cameras.
For the front panel, Oppo adopts a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution. A circular notch in the upper left corner, and a thick border at the bottom. For its more affordable price, Oppo does not offer support for a refresh rate of 90 Hz or curved sides. Just the basics, but with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The model has a 16 MP front camera and four rear lenses. The main camera with 48 MP, the wide-angle lens with 8 MP sensor, and two more sensors of 2 MP each, one for a macro lens and one for depth data.
Regarding the battery, the Oppo A94 5G offers a capacity of 4,310 mAh with a fast charge of 30W, making it one of the highlights of the model. It arrives with Android 11 from the factory and Color OS 11.1 as a customized interface.
The smartphone will be sold in certain European countries on May 3, for the price of 359 euros in the variant of 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.
