Redmi has finally launched its new power-packed mid-range smartphone, the Redmi Note 8 (2021). The phone is listed on the official global website. However, right now, there is no official announcement regarding the price and availability of this new Redmi phone. As the name suggests, it’s the upgraded variant of the original Redmi Note 8.
The device debuts with a 6.3-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and features the MediaTek Helio G85 chip, manufactured in 12-nanometer lithography. The processor was officially teased before the launch.
As for memory, we have 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and variants with 64 or 128 GB of storage (eMMC 5.1). Users will get the memory expansion option via microSD up to an extra 256 GB.
