From time to time on the net, there are some rumors concerning Google Pixel Fold. Yes, you read it correctly, that is what could be the name of the first folding smartphone of the Mountain View giant. Last month a sort of confirmation that Google is actually working on a device of this type came from the fourth beta of Android 12.
Now there are more and more insiders who believe that its official presentation may not be so far away.
New confirmations for the short launch of Google Pixel Fold
In the last few hours, a contribution to these “rumors” was also given by David Naranjo, Senior Director of Display Supply Chain Consultants, who on Twitter shared a table containing a series of devices equipped with an OLED panel with LTPO technology, and among them, there is also a “Google Pixel Fold”, with a presumed launch period in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Among other things, David Naranjo’s tweet also gives us a preview of the Google Pixel Fold screen, which should be made by Samsung Display and can boast a variable refresh rate up to 120Hz.
